EXHIBITOR PASSES, INVITATION CARDS, PARKING PASSES AND CONSTRUCTOR PASSES AT TALLINN FOODFEST 2022
Parking and goods transport on the territory of the Estonian Fairs Centre is permitted only upon the possession of the period pass or entry pass.
Period passes for parking are sold in advance by the organizer before the fair at the info desk. The period pass costs 12,5 € and it is received on 28.09 at the fair centre. Period pass permits multiple entrances to the territory of the Estonian Fairs, delivery of goods to exhibition halls and parking at the parking lot of the Estonian Fairs from 29.09.–01.10.2022.
One period pass is free for each exhibitor and co-exhibitor. The period pass will be received on 28.09. at the Estonian Fairs Center.
Entry pass permits parking area entrance on the date marked on the pass to the territory of the Estonian Fairs and delivery of goods to exhibition halls and parking at the parking lot of the Estonian Fairs Centre. The entry pass costing 5 € can be bought at the entrance to the parking area.
Period passes and entry passes are not transferable from one driver to another. Drivers are obliged to follow the traffic scheme applicable during the fair on the territory of the Estonian Fairs Centre and follow requirements and instructions provided by traffic regulating personnel at the Fair.
Exhibitor passes are handed out by the organizer according to the stand square metres and they are valid from 28.09 – 01.10.2022. Additional exhibitor card costs 7,5 €.
Exhibitor passes for each contractual square metre:

| Over 20 m² | 10 |
Constructor passes are issued by the organizer according to the ordered amount and they are valid from 26.–27.09., 01.10. (17:00-20:00) and 03. and 04.10.2022 (9:00-17:00).
4 Invitation cards are issued to the exhibitor free of charge for each contractual square metre. The Exhibitor can order additional invitation cards for 7,5 € per piece. Invitations will be ready by August 29. Invitations will be 1/3 printed and 2/3 as e-invitations.
VAT 20 % will be added to the prices.
