Kellele on seminar mõeldud?

Seminar annab sisulise ülevaate toitlustus- ja majutusvaldkonna turundusest – kuidas teha oma ettevõte relevantseks Instagrami ajastul? Lisaks saab inspiratsiooni meie omadelt toidublogijatelt ehk Näljaselt Nelikult, saame teada kuidas teha koostööd instagrameritega. Matthias Diether räägib uue restorani avamise loo.

9:30 – 10:00 osalejate hommikukohv

10:00 – 11:30 „Greetings from the Instagram Hotel!“ Jonas Holmsgård, concept developer & storyteller, Stylt Trampoli Sweden (ettekanne inglise keeles)

Jonas Holmsgård talks about how to create successful bars, cafés, hotels and restaurants by using stories to infuse both relevance and instagramability. Jonas will show cases from the hospitality industry all over Europe during 25 years in the business, and share Stylts´ ideas for taking on the future challenges and oppurtunities in the experience industry.

Some projects Jonas is extra proud of: LEGO House (Billund, Denmark), 25hours Das Tour (Düsseldorf, Germany), Astra Zeneca Coffee Lab (Gothenburg, Sweden) The Reef (Fredikshavn, Denmark), Griffins Steakhouse (Stockholm, Sweden), The Well (Oslo, Norway)

11:30 – 11:45 Kohvipaus

Kas see toimib? Millised on meie kogemused turundajatega ja millised on olnud tulemused?
Emotsioon sotsiaalmeedias – Sotsiaalmeedia on koht, kus inimesed loovad oma nägemuse restoranist juba enne selle külastamist. Influencerid – kes need on? Kuidas mõjutab üks influencer oma jälgijaid? Mõju võib olla nii positiivne, kui negatiivne – kuidas leida just enda ettevõttele õigeid esindajaid sotsiaalmeedias?

12:15 – 12:45 „Let me entertain you – development of restaurant culture and experience in Tallinn“ Matthias Diether, Restoran 180° chef de cuisine (ettekanne inglise keeles)

Matthias will talk about how it all started with his brand new restaurant 180 Degrees by Matthias Diether– the concept and challenges of creating something unique in Tallinn. And how entertaining the guest becomes an important part of the restaurant experience these days. He will also touch the subjects of motivation to work in a restaurant and why anyone should choose the field of hospitality in the first place.

12:45 – 13:30 „Latvian Restaurant Society path to General Agreement for the industry and lower VAT“ Janis Jenzis, President of the Latvian Restaurant Society (ettekanne inglise keeles)

Janis will cover the in-depth industry research they have conducted to convince their partners about the critical situation in the industry. The results of their research include financial and macroeconomic projections to help convince the Minister of Finance of how restaurant owners are more likely to pay official salaries to their staff and function in the grey economy considerably less thanks to the potential savings from tax cuts. In fact, the overall tax income will not suffer from this change.

Janis Jenzis will offer us insights into co-operation with State Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Association, Employers Confederation and Trade Unions. Janis is also going to give Estonian professionals some useful negotiating tips.
