EXHIBITOR BADGES, CONSTRUCTOR BADGES, INVITATION CARDS
Constructor badges are issued by the organizer according to the ordered amount and they are valid from 22.-23.09. and 25.09. (17:00-22:00) and 26.09.2025 (9:00-17:00).
Exhibitor badges are handed out by the organizer according to the stand square meters and they are valid from 23.-25.09. An additional exhibitor badge costs 10 €.
Exhibitor badges for each rented stand:

| 10-15 m² | 6 |
| 16-20 m² | 8 |
| Over 20 m² | 10 |
| Drinks and Healthy food area | 3 |
Four visitor invitations are issued to the exhibitor free of charge for each rented stand square meter. The exhibitor can order additional invitations for 10 € per piece. Invitations will be ready by 2.09. Invitations will be 25% printed and 75% as e-invitations. VAT will be added to the prices.
Please submit the names for the exhibitor and constructor badges by 12.09 latest to info@profexpo.ee. Please submit additional orders via the form below.
